Basic Transformation
This is the most basic level of service. I begin with the exterior of the home, making suggestions for improving curb appeal. Next, a homeowners' personalized to-do list is created by taking a room-by-room tour of the interior. Furniture is repositioned to show space and function and to guide the buyers' eye to the home's positive features and away from the negative. Generally, two hours is sufficient for this service.

Full Staging Transformation
I begin with the basic consultation. After the to-do list of improvements is completed by the homeowner, I return to complete the actual transformation. Additional accessories may be brought in to update the style of existing furnishings, thus achieving a designer look at an affordable price. Accessories may remain in the home for up to 30 days, at no additional cost. After 30 days, a rental fee will be charged or items will be removed.

Redesign Makeover
If you are not selling, but want a fresh new look or need help with a challenging room layout, this service is for you. I will assist you with re-designing your home, using your existing furnishings, or I can assist you in the selection of new furnishings and accessories.

Vacant Home
A basic consultation will result in suggestions to take the edge off that empty, abandoned feeling and create eye-pleasing distractions. A few strategically placed accessories may be enough to add emotional warmth or the selection and coordination of rental furniture can be arranged.
